2. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

2.1. Order Confirmation

Once you complete your purchase transaction, we will send you an order confirmation at the email address you provided us.

When you submit an order on this webpage, your order shall be considered as an offer to Clef des Champs. Clef des Champs reserves the right to refuse your order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) the availability of the products in your area (Clef des Champs specifically reserves the right to revise or cease to make available any of its products at any time); and (ii) if the products are incorrectly described or priced on the webpage. In the event that your order is cancelled or refused, you shall receive an email confirmation stating same. Additionally, if your order is refused or cancelled following payment, Clef des Champs will reimburse you for the full amount paid.

2.2. Product Information

THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR SALE ON THE SITE ARE AVAILABLE ONLY IN CANADA AND THE SITE IS DIRECTED ONLY AT CANADIAN CUSTOMERS. Clef des Champs attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing all products available for sale. However, Clef des Champs does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

2.3. Shipping

Clef des Champs offers shipping in Canada only. Products ordered are shipped within 14 business days.

2.4. Credit Card Charge

All credit cards must be valid and authentic and you must be authorized to use them. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without any prior notice and with no further liability or obligation on our part. 2.5. Order Changes or Cancellations

As our orders are processed electronically, it is not possible to make any changes to the shipping address through the Site once an order has been placed. Furthermore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified through the Site if the products ordered have already been shipped.

2.7. Returns and Exchanges

Clef des Champs prides itself in offering only high quality products. Every effort is taken to assure that you receive your order in good condition, in a timely manner. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, you must return them to Clef des Champs within thirty (30) days of purchase in order to be eligible for an exchange or a refund. 3. METHODS OF PAYMENT

All prices and dollar amounts listed on the Site are in Canadian dollars. Clef des Champs accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Please note that some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to the credit card authorization.

All credit cards used for payment must be valid and authentic and you must be authorized to use them. If the charge is not authorized or accepted by your credit card company, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability from our part. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.

5.3. ALTHOUGH CLEF DES CHAMPS ENDEAVOURS TO MAINTAIN THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, ERRORS CAN BE PRESENT. IF CLEF DES CHAMPS NOTICES AN ERROR, IT WILL BE CORRECTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND THE CUSTOMERS CONCERNED WILL BE ADVISED ACCORDINGLY.

6. TRADE-MARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

The names Clef des Champs and clefdeschamps.net, as well as the logos associated with these names are trade-marks owned by Clef des Champs Inc. Any use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Clef des Champs Inc. In addition, all names and trademarks belonging to third parties and appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and may be used only with the consent of their respective owners.

The courts of the District of Montreal, Province of Quebec, have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute related to this Agreement, including its interpretation and its effects.
